2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by IONOS SE. When a page is requested, the requested page or file, referrer, browser and version, operating system, device type, access time, and an anonymised IP address are processed. This is necessary to provide the website securely, reliably, and efficiently.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable provision of our online service. IONOS processes the data as a processor. According to IONOS, visitor data is retained for eight weeks and is not transferred to third countries.
3. Contact
The contact form does not send data to our web server. Submitting it opens your locally configured email application. We receive the subject, message, and contact details transmitted by your email provider only if you send the email there.
We process inquiries to respond and to initiate or perform a business relationship under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, for other inquiries, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete inquiries once they have been fully handled unless statutory retention obligations or legitimate interests require further storage.
4. Local storage and consent management
We store your language preference under preferredLocale and your privacy decision under jusa_cookie_consent_v2 in your browser's local storage. The language preference remains until browser data is deleted. The privacy decision is retained for 180 days and is then requested again. It contains the selected setting, the version of the consent text, and the timestamps of the decision and its expiry.
This storage is necessary to provide your expressly selected language and privacy decision. The legal basis is Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can change your decision at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.
5. Google Analytics (GA4)
We load Google Analytics 4 from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, only after your express consent. We use the basic implementation of Consent Mode v2: before you consent, the Google tag is not loaded and no measurement data is sent to Google. Even after consent, the consent signals for advertising storage, advertising user data, and personalised advertising remain denied.
After consent, Google Analytics processes in particular page paths without URL parameters, page views, scrolls, outbound clicks, file downloads, session data, approximate location, and browser and device information. Google Analytics sets the first-party cookies _ga and _ga_<ID>. We technically limit their lifetime to no more than 180 days and do not renew it on every page view.
Google Signals, user-provided data, and advertising personalisation features are disabled. Processing is based solely on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw it at any time through “Cookie settings”. Withdrawal sets the Analytics consent signal to “denied”, stops further measurement, and removes Google Analytics cookies accessible from our domain.
Recipients may include Google Ireland Limited, Google LLC, and other Google companies or service providers. Processing in the United States cannot be ruled out. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; where required, Google also uses Standard Contractual Clauses. User- and event-level data is retained in our GA4 property for no more than two months; aggregated standard reports may remain available for longer. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy and its data transfer information.
6. QuickReports
Additional information applies to QuickReports account, billing, and product functions. Please refer to the QuickReports Privacy Policy.
7. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is, in particular, the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg.
8. Privacy requests
Please send privacy requests to kontakt@jusa.io.
